Thank you!

A warm thank you to everyone who joined us last weekend for our Family Fun Day, Shane Fox Memorial Field naming ceremony, and the Youth Craft and Bake Sale! It was a busy day inside and outside!

Thanks to the community’s generous donations from both the market door and raffle draw, we are able to provide the Children’s Hospital Foundation with a $300 donation. The community’s kindness has made a huge impact!

We would also like to thank Geoff Archambault of the Archambault/Buenaventura Team for their generous support of this event as well as Fastenal, V.K. Jumps R Us, local MLA Matt Wiebe, and our local city counsellors Jason Schreyer, Jeff Browaty, and Russ Wyatt. We greatly appreciate our counsellors and the City of Winnipeg for supporting our renaming of the Shane Fox Memorial Field.

Additionally, we extend our gratitude to the staff at the City of Winnipeg, as well as our own staff and Board of Directors, who helped to make possible the renovations on all three of our baseball diamonds and updates on our pathways. These upgrades were made possible with a Building Sustainable Communities grant provided by the Government of Manitoba.
