How to Book Facilities

Before completing your form, please be sure to read our Information page and our FAQ page to ensure a smoother booking process.

If you have not heard from us within 48 business hours, check your Spam folder for our reply and/or add our rental email VGCChallrentals@gmail.com to your contacts. Note that you have a limited time to place your deposit to hold a booking once we send the contract, so it is important that you check your mail as we will move on to the next booking request.
